Nothing is so radiant as the sunlight of Easter morning! The darkness of night is banished and we are awakened to a new life in Christ. Each one of us is called personally, by name, as Mary Magdalen was, to recognise the Risen One, who has “shattered the bars and burst the gates” of our imprisonment and will lead us out into freedom, light and joy. His promises are sure, his power is limitless, we have “no more evil to fear”. Alleluia!
